Dear Candidates Greetings We are hiring for a profile of a Banking faculty which will be under contract basis for 1 Year and it will get renewed after every Year ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Responsible for training students on knowledge and skill requirement pertaining to the Banking Industry 2 Facilitate learning through modern pedagogical techniques to ensure learning and overall program outcomes are met 3 Monitor student progress through continuous needs analysis and design interventions to bridge gaps if any 4 Maintain a commitment to imparting knowledge by engaging in adequate learning research and selfdevelopment activities to keep abreast with industry trends 5 Timely and accurate student attendance and performance data tracking and updation on the Learning Management System and Campus Management Solution 6 Effective communication and coordination within and across teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives Eligibility Criteria 1 Education Graduate in any discipline Specialization in Banking and finance Banking Certifications like NISM NCFM 2 Experience Minimum of 7 years in the BFSI sector Minimum of 1 year of overall experience in Teaching or Training Branch Banking experience will be preferred 3 Knowledge Extensive Branch Banking knowledge Financial instruments products and services Banking related regulations and governance BFSI industry knowhow TeachingTraining Finacle knowledge Knowledge of modern pedagogical techniques will be preferred 4 Skills Strong Communication skills Interpersonal Effectiveness Ability to coach and counsel Interviewing skills Training and Presentation skills 5Abilities Ability to learn and adapt with ease Coach learners to bring them up the learning curve Reach out and liaison effectively with peers leaders stakeholders etc as required Innovate and improve existing processes
